Which course has the best expert on herbaceous please?

Hi - I'm building some herbaceous borders and want some advice on the best planting plans (and I have no idea how to do a planting plan!). If I do Hilary Thomas's course will it cover this?

Hilary Thomas on planting design is amazing. I also heard that there's a course that Noel Kingsbury and Piet Oudolf might be doing coming up in the Autumn. Haven't heard that announced yet though, so not sure exactly what it's on.
